- Head Coach / Pro (Full-Time, Estimated Start: April 2026) The Head Coach is the strategic architect of the M2 Squash Academy, leading the technical, tactical, and competitive direction of the program, bridging world-class coaching with measurable competitive results. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the M2 “Unlimited” Player Pathway, guiding athletes toward NCAA/CSA programs, PSA careers, and national selection.
- Lead and manage the coaching team, ensuring consistent delivery of the teaching syllabus.
- Host and manage PSA international events, national and provincial championships, leagues, and internal competitions.
- Translate complex biomechanics and technique into clear, personalized instruction.
- Support holistic athlete development, including sports psychology, tactics, and periodization.
- Maintain a partial on-court coaching load. Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of management experience in a high-performance club or national team environment.
- Former or current PSA professional, or national team representative.
- Proven record of developing national-level juniors or Top-8 finishes at major events.
- Strong professional network within PSA, WSF, or North American junior squash.
- NCCP Level 3 certification (or international equivalent). Compensation:
- Market-leading compensation package with competitive base salary, private lesson commission, bonuses and extended health benefits.
- On-target earnings range: $75,000 – $150,000 CAD annually (for full-time roles).

2. Performance Coach (Full-Time & Part-Time, Estimated Start: May 2026) The Performance Coach is responsible for executing daily training at the highest standard. We welcome applicants with NCAA/CSA experience and active or former PSA players. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions aligned with the M2 Squash technical syllabus.
- Use professional coaching software to track athlete progress and document sessions.
- Ensure consistency, discipline, and excellence across all junior development programs.
- Work closely with the Head Coach to support long-term athlete pathways. Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of junior coaching experience.
- Background in competitive squash (NCAA, CSA, PSA preferred).
- Valid NCCP certification (or international equivalent). Compensation & Benefits:
- Market-leading compensation package, including a competitive hourly base rate, high-percentage private lesson commission, group clinic and seasonal camp bonuses, and extended health benefits (for eligible roles).

3. Junior Fitness & Movement Coach (Full-Time or Part-Time) This role focuses on building the physical foundation of elite junior squash athletes through intelligent, sport-specific training. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver squash-specific fitness programs in collaboration with the coaching team.
- Develop athlete movement, footwork, agility, coordination, and explosive power.
- Implement injury prevention, rehabilitation, and pre-habilitation protocols.
- Support long-term athletic development for junior players. Qualifications:
- Degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
- Experience working with youth or high-performance athletes preferred. Compensation:
- Market-leading compensation package, with competitive pay based on experience and role structure, plus extended health benefits.
